1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Arc Eve's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Arc Eve Events LLC provides event management, wedding planning, hospitality, and marketing services in Qatar. The scope, timeline, and cost of each service will be agreed upon separately through a service agreement.

3. Booking and Payment

• A minimum deposit is required to confirm any booking
• Full payment must be received as per the agreed payment schedule
• Prices quoted are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless stated otherwise
• Additional charges may apply for services outside the agreed scope

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period provided and the stage of service preparation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Arc Eve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Arc Eve Events LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
